Product features：

1PC ball valve has features of small fluid resistance, compact structure, light weight, flexible open and close. As it is integral structure, it is much smaller and lighter than the ordinary ball valve and with good sealing performance. It can cut off or connect media in pipelines. The valves are suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and etc.

Installation:

One piece ball valve can be divided into straight through type, three-way type and right angle type according to its channel position. The latter two kinds of ball valves are used to distribute media and change the flow direction of media. The installation and maintenance of one-piece ball valve shall pay attention to the following matters:

1. The valve handle rotation position shall be reserved.

2. It can not be used as throttling.

3. The ball valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed vertically
